We prepare and cook pizzas fresh at your event, creating an experience that's every bit as memorable as the food itself.

Whether you're planning an intimate gathering or a large celebration, we'll work with you to create a menu your guests will love.

To ensure a safe and successful event, please note the following:

• Approximately 3 hours are required for setup prior to service.

• Approximately 1-2 hours are required following the event for breakdown and cleanup.

• The setup location must be accessible by tow vehicle and trailer, with an overhead clearance of at least 13 feet.

• A flat, level, and stable surface is required for safe operation of our wood-fired oven and support equipment. We typically need either approximately 40' × 20' of linear space or 30' × 30' of square space, depending on the site layout.

• Service must take place outdoors or in a location approved for wood-fired cooking equipment.

• The setup area should be clear of low branches, overhead obstructions, and other hazards.

• Depending on the venue and event size, additional requirements may apply.
